Our good friend Richie died suddenly yesterday in his house upstate and Wende and I are both in shock. Please say a prayer for his wife and family, and if you knew him, remember him well and toast his memory tonite.

He was a great friend and someone who no matter how much time passed between the last time we hung out, there was never a gap in the friendship or conversation. He will be missed.
